Cooling Fan not coming on

I have a 93 seville 4.9l for some strange reason my cooling fan will not engage when the car reaches a specific temperature. I changed out fan motors, replaced the ect sensor but to no avail. I can have the fan run non stop if I take the connector off the ect sensor but then I can't tell how hot my car is getting. If someone understand electrical work and can help with this problem I would really appreciate it.

Has the fan relay been checked?

my cooling fan doesn't have a relay just a Maxi fuse and all of these is under a black case behind the wiper fluid. I haven't found anymore relays outside of the 4 that's under there as well. What else controls the fan to tell it to come on when the car is a certain temperature?

the fans have 2 relays one for low speed, one for high speed. there is a temp sensor that sends the info to the computer. The computer then turns on the fans. You should be able to test power where needed by diagram. If power is there, then you may have bad temp sensor or computer. hope this helps some.
