99 Seville - Rough Idle at Startup

My Sevilleidles very rough after starting (whole car shakes). After driving for a bit (mile or so) it smooths out. This only happens once every couple ofmonths or so. Seems to occur after the car has sat unused for a few days, though this is not always the case. The car has been doing this for the past 3 years since I bought it (purchased with 55K miles on it, today it has 110K). Any idea on what could be the cause of this intermittent problem or a fix? There are no warnings or indicators flashing saying there is a problem.

I am going to suggest the basic tune up items:
1. Spark Plugs
2. Wires
3. Coils
4. Fuel Filter
5. Air Filter
6. Clean Mass Air Flow (special cleaner in aerosol)

My thought is a sticking injector. By sticking, I mean sticking closed or sticking open overnight so one cylinder floods. Sticking closed would cause a miss on the cyl. not getting fuel. Sticking open overnight would allow fuel to drip thereby flooding a cylinder. depending on duration, it might not set a code. So try some "SEAFOAM" fuel treatment to clean the injectors.

I think this is a good suggestion.

Tried the tuneup (around 100K miles), did notfix it. Will try the Seafoam suggestion.

Thanks a bunch for the suggestions!! I let you know how it turns out.
