Time serted my 96 and replaced the head gaskets. Project took almost a year. Now I habe it completed and the car is running way too rich. Fuel pressure is 51 lbs. should be 37.5-41. Replaces the fuel pressure regulator and it stu runs to rich. Any suggestions on where to look next? Does the PCM possibly need to be flashed?
