92' seville security/remote system

Hi everyone
When I bought my used92' Cadillac Seville 4.9L i didn't got a remote. Now I've seen this sensors in the very front under the windshield. I guess the small hole is for the twilight sentinel and the bigger one is for the remote control.
In addition, when i turn ignition on, the Security light shows up for a few seconds, but i wasn't able to activate the system yet in any possible way. I know that in some cars the security system only activates when closed with the remote. Can anyone tell me about the system in the seville? Thanks
The last thing, when Ilock orunlock the door with the key from the outside, powerlock doesn't work, so only the doorlocked with the key is reallylocked. The others are still unlocked. But when I lock the car with the switch in the inside, the car is completely locked up.
My thought is that these three effects all belong to the remote control system.

Thanks for every help and advise and sorry for the bad english.

Ok, I will buy a remote control on ebay. Does anyone know how to program it?
