2001 Lowering Springs?

I had A Set Of Eibach's on my 97 STS,

Does any company make a set for a 2001 SLS, If not what changed in the suspension that I can't use the ones for the 99?

if I swap out to passive shocks and struts can I use thee 99 Ebiach kit?
