99 SLS Heated Seats
My passenger side seat does not work at all and my drivers side seat comes on from the passenger side switch. My rear seats do not come on but i suspect that they are not hooked up because when i put a battery in i lifted the seat and saw that the cords were hanging from the bottom of the seat but i could not find where they plug in at. Can someone please help me. I need to know how to hook up the rear seat and how to get to the controls for the front seats and hook them up correctly someone please help!!

RE: 99 SLS Heated Seats
To replace or likely correct conections to front switches:
[ol]Block the wheels of the vehicle. Put the shifter lever in NEUTRAL. Open the console door. Lift upward on the rear edge of the console trim panel and pull rearward. Disconnect the electrical connectors as necessary[/ol]Rear seat heaters use an 8 pin connector on passenger side somewhat near right rear seat belt retractor at base of seat.

RE: 99 SLS Heated Seats
sounds like drv side switch is bad, so previous owner put wire connect to pass switch.....while your in there id look at replacing drv switch, and put pass connect to pass switch. then maybe both will work...........rear, as slowroll said. it may be tucked up under rear seat back, lower corner, pass side.....................hope it helps.........good luck
