you may want to check fuses and also if fuses are good check relay. One other way to see if the pump is turning on is turn the key to the start position but dont start the car and listen to see if you can hear the fuel pump prime it will last about 3 seconds. If you dont hear anything then the fuel pump isnt getting power. If you do hear it then you may have a pluged up fuel filter that is always a cheap fix.
For the record what symptoms did the car have prior to you replacing the parts. did it spit and sputter or just die one day?
