WTB : Looking for the Genuine or Aftermarket Parts on 1994 Fleetwood Brougham

I am looking for the parts as brand new condition.
The model is 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham.

Long shaped Holizontal Molding (Right Passenger Side)

The number #11 :
Bumpuer Chrome Side Cover (Right Passenger Side)
GM PARTS NUMBER #12513235

Please let me know if your have either one in stock.
We asked GM USA but it seems both item are discountinued production.
Is it true that the aftermarket parts does not available in USA market as well?
