Interior Light On After Shut Off

Greetings. I saw several similar threads, but I'm not sure my situation is the same. When I start my "new" 94 FWB the interior lights fade and go off as they should while the car is running. When I stop, turn off the engine and exit the car, they come on, stay on and never go off. Only control right now is removing #27 Delay Interior Lights 15 amp fuse. Anyone? Thanks for the help.

Hooray! Situation Solved

When I noticed the front cigarette lighter was not working, I remembered seeing another thread here on the forum about interior lights staying on dimly when that fuse was blown. I replaced it (it's the 20A right next to the delay interior lights fuse), and put the #27 15A fuse back in for the interior lights. Now they're working properly. They always went off after cranking and putting the car in gear, and now they also go off after turning off the car and exiting the vehicle. A small victory, but it's going to be nice to have interior lights at night again. :)
