Engine stops while driving
 

I have to 1994 Fleetwoods (same engine). It started on the first, now is also on the second: the engine dies (looses all power) and then restarts without problem after a few minutes.

On the first one the problem is serious, stalling every few miles.

The condition occurs after running for several hours, the engine is hot. All fluid levels are good, no overheating is taking place.

The engine starts and runs fine, up and down hills, corners, etc when cold. After a couple of hours of running it will start stalling.

The alternator is hot to the touch. The fuel pump is good, all electrical system operation are good (normal).

Again, the engine will suddenly lose power (will continue to idle if let be) but no power at all when pressing the gas pedal. Feels like it is choking. Wait a few minutes - 3 to 5 now - less than a minute when the problem began and she will start up normal, full power and all, for a while (again when hot).

Please help!

Stalling
 

Have you been able to pull any codes as yet? I would be looking at crank sensor, temp. sensor, EGR valve sort of thing to start.
