Brakes leaking near master...88 Brougham

On my 88 Brougham, The brake line is seeping fluid right where the break line makes a 90 degree bend before it leads behind the firewall. Has this happened often to anyone? I was wondering if it is possible to bypass that 90 degree angle and run either a chunk of brake line or some brake hose to fix the leak without the angle.

If brake line is broken, many times replacement line is hand formed. Normally means no sharp 90 degree bends.

I am not sure what line we are looking at but if you have a metal line, a rubber line would not be advisable, not on brakes. if it leaks, it needs replacing. usually its the fitting, but sometimes the tube wall does get damaged or even rust. if yours has a flat bent, i be replacing it.

as slowroll eluded to, hand bent lines can be custom bent .. but be carefull of poor quality bends with kinks.

should you need to "BEND" a metal line, get to HomeDepot and spend $10 on a tube bender that will make a good quality bend.
