2016 Escalade ESV.
 

I would like to use tires with a higher sidewall, like a 70 series. I want to keep my 285 tire width. what diameter wheel can I use for this type of tire, if possible?? Thanks.

Make sure that whatever that you do, try to maintain the same tire height as your OE tires. Otherwise, it might mess with your computer. The higher the height, speedometer will show an incorrect slower speed. The lower the tire height, the speedometer will show an higher speed.
