Replace head and cams
 

I have a 2000 eldorado etc i just finished replace the head gasket put the cam timing oil pimp and cover i put the I'd like balancer on and I went to hand crank it over i cant move it i dont understand why I did that same by the book by the torque specs I don't understand why can't someone please help
