My Interiorlight are strange need help

Have just bought a Cadillac Eldorado from 1995...sometimes when i come home the interiorlight wont go off...and sometimes they do...what can be wrong??

Have just for now taken out the fuses so I have Power left in my batteri so I can take me to and from work!!
