Error code p0410
 

Bought 2001 Eldorado 2 days ago with SES light on, owner said been on for the 3 yrs he owned.....had bodes ran at autozone and said code was secondary AIR system performance....suggest replace small AIR pump. Can't seem to find where under hood this item is....help

I think this may prevent a good or a passing report while I go thru the county emissions dept, this car was previously owned in state with no inspection requirement

Yup. They have a tendency to get waterlogged from exhaust moisture after a check valve fails.

yipes! went to another auto store for code read and also stated secondary air pump but guy said it is under front left fender well.....said would get louder and louder like a va***n cleaner if not replaced.
