Desperatly need adivce on codes..

Hi everyone~
I was hoping maybe someone could point me in the right direction.
I just bought a 1992 Eldorado 5.9 V8 coupe.
I knew ahead of time it had an issue with some kind of sensor so I had a neighbor scan in for me.I'm a single mom and hoping for some input on how to troubleshoot it and keep it cost effective.MY neighbor is a "backyard mechanic" and is willing to help with labor cost but also didn't know where to start with all of this.It certainly gave us ALOT of codes...19 to be exact LOL:eek: Here is the list.....
Scanning from OBD2…
1)Code 014-Coolant to low
2)Code 016-battery charge in OP too high/too low
3)Code 018 –External Loop overrun
4)Code 019-Fuel pump signal high & low
5)Code 022-TPC open circuit
6)Code 028-3rd or 4th gear open circuit
7) Code 029-3rd or 4th gear circuit shorted
8)Code 036 Barometric pressure switch
9)Code 308-Manifold air temp circuit
10)Code 042-Left 02 bank;o2 circuit
11)Code 047 BCM to EMM ground
12)Code 048-EGR system
13)Code 052-ECM map relay
14)Code 054-Idle Speed control system
15)Code 055 TPI sensor adjustment
16)Code 057-3rd or 4th gear switch shorted
17)Code 058-Anti-Theft problem
18)Code 063-Cruise set problem
19)Code 085-TPI Cleaning
Does anyone know if replacing EGR and ECM would take care of some of those codes? Where do I go from here?? HELP!!!!!!
Thank you in advance for any and all help you can assist with :D

I would try a rebuilt ECM straight away and that would most definately take care of some of the codes if not most. There can't be that many codes and still run right. Or is it running right?? Feed as much info as possible . Do you know if the previous owner messed with anything himself?? Stereo, alarm, mods??

Thank you for the quick response :) no its not running right, pretty rough . I don't know what If anything they did to it? I just saw a sharp looking car that according to the previous owned needed spark plugs only( that was his explanafion for the rough idle) and a great price and I jumped at it. I really do like it but I'm not sure if this is worth saving ? I am hoping to keep the cost for repairs around 1000 if possible.
So I will call around for the ECM unit and start from there. Thanks again :D
