96 Eldorado no start keeps cranking after stall

Hello everyone.

I have a 96 Cadillac Eldorado ETC

The car will keep cranking and occasionally starts, and feels normal.

This all started happening when the car just lost all power and stalled. Wouldn't turn back on, if it did it'd just stall out again with no power. Cooled overnight, started again, warmed up and then it wouldn't restart after being warm.

Now it has been starting but there is still obviously a problem that is present. No trouble codes. Either it will just keep cranking and not start, or it will just start.
Starter was replaced 8 months ago. Replaced all 4 coil packs with known working 4 coil packs, did not start. Hopefully this can be resolved. Thanks!

Check out the Idle Speed Controller. It might be broken or dirty, as well as the plate. If it goes bad (or dirty), it could be causing low idle, which leads to inability to run after the accelerator is released when warm. But, when it's cold, it will run fine until the engine warms up.

I'll do my best to look at it.

Any other things it could be?
Sometimes (like now) it will just not even start fully cold

Check condition of positive battery cable(s) many times cable wire would be corroded
