2 issues - no cranking, jammed keylock

My problem started with a no cranking problem with the starter. Turn key on, all lights, windows, everything work, turn to start, nothing. All fuses good, starting relay clicking, starter and solonoid silent.
While trying to diagnose this, I turned the ignition off, and the cylinder jammed. it is stuck 99% in the off position, but the lights for the selected gear remain lit. Nothing else works that normally would in a key on position.

Any suggetions what I should do ?

UPDATE: OK, I managed to get the keylock out. Purchased a new one, and as soon as I get it installed, I am back to trying to figure out why the car wont start.

UPDATE: 03/27/2012 Finally got the car to start. The "Anti-Theft" relay, next to the underhoood fuse block has moisture in it. And a lot of green looking contacts. It is beyond repair, and I have to special order a replacement. Gonna take a few days. But, if I pop the top off the relay, and force the 2 relays closed, the car starts and runs with no error codes.

Re: Jammed Keylock

Sounds like the gearshift interlock is playing havoc. The car won't start unless it's in park or neutral. The gearshift might either not be making contact with the switch, or the switch is bad. Try putting the car in neutral and see what happens when you turn the key.

Turns out, as I thought, I have 2 seperate issues.
The ignition switch has been replaced and everything is fine with that. Now I just need to find out why it doesnt want to start or even crank.

2000 Eldorado....
Ran a scan check, got 3 codes.
P0335 Crankshaft position sensor A
P0340 Camshaft position sensor
P0385 Crankshaft position sensor B

I find it hard to believe that all 3 sensors failed at the same time, so I suspect the circuit might be at fault.
Also am having a significant drain on battery.
Windows wont work, trunk and fuel door wont electronically open, climate control shows dashes, dash idiot lights are taking 15 second to come on when key is turned on.

Does anyone know where the PCM is located ??? OK, I found the PCM under the air filter box. Now to figure out how to remove it.
