Default wiring H.I.Ds

Hello names Jason. I'm new here and have a question. I have a 2002 deville DTS and I installed six 10000k HIDs. (Highs, lows, fogs) my question is, is there a way to wire the light switch or lever so when I turn the high beams on that the highs and lows stay on? And when you switch to lows the highs turn off? Because when you pull the lever back to "flash", they both come on. But push it forward to brights, the lows shut off. A friend of mine has an 01 or 02 Silverado and he pulled the plug for the lights that go to the lever and switched the pins for the brights and "flash" which allowed him to run highs and lows when you switch to brights. So we took my steering column apart to do the same but its a different animal. Suggestions? Has anybody done this? Any help would be great. Thanks!

I can't be the only one that wants to do this. Am I? Anybody fool around with this before?
