What part ontop of the rear 4 cylinders?
 

So in changing the back 4 spark plugs, there is that part that has all the tubes connected to it you have to remove to get to the plugs, what part is that? I can't seem to find it on any of the diagrams online.

It's called a 'diverter valve' and it's part of the emissions system
