Traction Control Standard?

I have a 1992 Sedan DeVille. I have had this car about 7yrs now. It was my Great Uncle's car (he bought it new) and he could no longer drive so I gave it a new home. This car had 38,000mi on it when I got it. It now has 57,000mi.. I never took it out in the winter, it was only a 'Sunday' cruiser.

My daughter started driving at 17 (last year), I looked for a car for her and found nothing. I looked the value of the Sedan up and got $2,500 on a good day. So I gave her the car.

My question is, does this model have traction control? I was looking through the manual and saw a page on traction control but it says nothing about a switch to turn it on or off. I never had the car in snow or mud, so how would I know if it has it?

Any feedback will be appreciated.
