Marvel Mystery Oil

I've been hearing some good things about Marvel Mystery Oil. I have a 93 Deville and a 2000 Seville STS, is this something that is good to use or just a waste of money?

I'v heard that it can help your engine stay cleaner and help increase gas mileage is that true?
