fuse box replacement
 

i bought a 68 coupe deville with a rotted fuse box. i have uptain a new one but to replace it i would have to cut the wires and im not sure if all the wires are color coded to each component. also after cutting the wires, can i use regular electrical tape to mend them back together? can someone help me please?
