digital panel

i was instaling a new cd player in my car and now my digital panel wont come on when i turn my car on does anyone know what to do

its a 1988 cadillac deville sedan i was installing a cd player into my car, next thing i knew my digital panel wasnt coming on when i turned the car on, i think i messed it up while messing with the cables for my radio.

Hey there HOT: Check the lighter fuse and the radio fuse first. Did you change any of the grounds?? Check all grounds and check for orange or red as well as yellow wire for any disconnect. Are your instrument panel lights on ??
