After cardoneR&R and passkeyII relearn 98 deville still wont start.
 

Recently had my pcm sent to cardone for their Rebuild and return policy where they rebuild your pcm and send it back to you(they reflash/reskim it there at their shop before sending it back) after the car stopping on me in mid drive aboit twice. I got it back put it on the vehicle, Did the passkey II relearn procedure (4 diffrent times) and the motor just turns over and over until the battery dies. Before i forget to mention, i did a VATS bypass on the deville about 2 years ago after it woundnt start on me for about 2 months due the security system not recognizing the resistance of the key. What should i do? Are there any steps im missing? Should i undo the vats bypass then redo it? PLEASE HELP! ITS STARTING TO STRESS ME OUT!!
