96 Deville - Regulator and Location
Is there a fuel pressure regulator that keeps the proper pressure at the fuel rail. I have heard that fuel pressure at the rail needs to be between 62 and 65 psi or the engine will not start or run properly.

It is also easy to replace and the part is only about $50 at the auto parts stores. Just be sure to get the small O ring out of the seat before you place the new one in. To change it all you have to do is remove the top cover over the top of the engine. The fuel pressure regulator is to the right side of the engine. Disconnect the vacuum hose and pull the clip. Installation is the reverse.
