Ok so I have gone through 3 blower motors and I'm not sure why. The last one that went bad completely melted on the inside smelled horrible. Could this be due to a bad blower motor control module? The first one was the original....The second one lasted 6 months and the 3rd one lasted 4 days.

 

poor or intermittent connections most common killer of electrical parts. It also could be bad luck or poor quality replacement part.

 

I think I found the problem I don't have any continuity on the ground wire in the blower motor control module
