Sunroof leaking on '03?

Driving on the highway the other day in the rain with the sunroof closed, it appears there is s drip tray of sorts in the headliner to the rear of the sunroof, which had some water in it. Not a lot, but in my mind water inside the car ain't good. My sunroof also looks like it sitsa bit low in the rear, it's not flush with the roofline like it is in the front. So far I've avoided taking it out in the rain, but that can't last forever. I just bought the car so I can't speak of history, but there is no evidence of water damage in the interior. I've opened and closed the sunroof on several occasions and it resets automatically to this spot. Suggestions?

Rear of sunroof panel should be just a few mm. above body when closed. Sunroof panel could be out of adjustment or module may need reprogrammed

Look on the inside of the sunroof glass on both sides and you will see a cover that needs to be pulled out to get to the 25 torx head screws that you could loosen and adjust the glass panel to be flush in the front and maybe 1mm high in the rear. You could also get some type of rubber lube for weather seal that might help your seal puff out. The roof is designed to leak but if one does not leak, that is cool. There are 4 drains to manage the water so I would not worry to much about the water.

Good Luck
