Love my 2009 Cadillac CTS BUT....
 

THE PASSENGER TEMPERATURE CONTROL & THE SEAT HEATING/COOLING SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING! I'm so disipointed... I just purchased this beautiful car with only 54,000 last week & I haven't even tagged it let alone made the first payment! Please don't tell me I'm looking at an expensive repair this soon! We bought our pickup brand new in 2010 & have put 115,000 mi on it and have done nothing but the required maintenance the owners manual required & haven't had any problems of anykind! And it wasn't built by the #1 car manufacturer! YOU ARE THE #1 CAR MANUFACTURER I NEVER DREAMED I WOULD HAVE ANY ISSUES FROM A CAR YOU BUILT THAT HAD ONLY 54,000 & HAD BEEN TAKEN EXCELLENT CARE OF! VIN# 1G6DU57V690142745 .... GM IS THE BEST CAR MANUFACTURER AND I NEVER THOUGHT TWICE ABOUT BUYING THIS CTS... BUT NOW I'M WONDERING AFTER READING THESE THREADS! MY HUSBAND'S FAMILY ALL WORKED AT GMS FLEETWOOD PLANT ON FORD ST, THEY SAID I WOULD NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A GM VEHICLE THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I DON'T CONSIDER PROBLEMS LIKE THIS AT 54,000 MILES A GOOD SIGN FOR MY FUTURE OWNERSHIP & 60 PAYMENTS AHEAD OF ME! NOT IN THIS ECONOMY! I WAS SO EXCITED NOW I'M DISCOURAGED & WORRIED & REGRET BUYING IT! WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS SYSTEM & WHAT AM I TO DO? I PRAY SOMEBODY AT GM CAN GIVE ME SOME HELP IN SOLVING THIS, AT LEAST AS INEXPENSIVELY AS POSSIBLE. A DIAGRAM & A PARTS LIST AT LEAST. TY

Sorry you are having trouble already. With Nav go by local dealer he should be alr to tell you about Nav and if car has it. He can also tell you of any recalls special policies and warranty status. You could contact seller about passenger temp controls and seats. The pass temp isn't turned off? This car is very integrated with modules or computers. You will need a scanner to work on much of the car. You can subscribe to Alldata of Helm Inc may be able to provide service manual on disc. No paper Manual after 2000
