Love my CTS but I have an issue with the climate control where it is very inconsistent. I set it to 71 and it is very warm. I lower the temp a degree at a time and it does get cooler but I am at 66 or 65 before it is comfortable and then it turns too cold. Same with the heat. The system seems to not be able to properly detect the ambient temperature and maintain the proper setting. We spend a lot of time adjusting the temp and it is never right. Other auto temp systems I have seen are much more consistent. Has anyone else experienced this behavior and or know what might be the issue?

 

take it to the dealer. There is a software update to fix the temp sensors
