Can I connect my personal cell phone to my on star equipment

I would like to us the cell phone transmitter in the car and hands free system. Can I connect my personal cell phone to my on star equipment in my 2004 cts cadillac , do's it have blue tooth. Can i add blue tooth. I have no plan with on star and do not want to get one.
