Advice needed. I'm in a tough spot.
I bought a brand new CTS-4 in 2008. I had a few issues with the car but they resolved by the dealer. The car came in with the wrong wheel package. Since the dealer was 1 1/2 hours away and this was my 3rd trip or so we reluctantly accepted the wheels. This past week we were in Boston when I had a tire blow. These were supposed to be runflats so I didn't have a spare or doughnut. Even the air pump was in the spare compartment. I'm guessing someone switched the wheels and tires prior to me taking ownership. I paid for a tow and 700+ dollars I left Goodyear. Does anyone have a contact at Cadillac that could offer some assistance. At this point I'd be happy with a doughnut and jack.
Oh. One more thing. The Dealer went out of business about a year ago. |
