2010 CTS Rear Differential Fluid??

My 2010 CTS is approaching 75,000 miles and I have researched as to what kind of differential fluid was installed at the factory with no luck. I am wondering how often the fluid should be replaced and if synthetic or conventional fluid is recommended as the car is located in the HOT temperatures of Nevada. Would Mobil One Syn Gear LS 75W-90 be a good replacement? Any recommendations appreciated. And what is the capacity of rear differential? Thank you.

Information should be in owners manual under recommended fluids. You fluid choice should be ok. 2 quart bottles should be enough with some left over. Fluid is added to fill plug hole until it just trickles out.
