Okay so it sounds like the power steering pump, but I know it isn’t, it doesn’t get any louder when you turn the car. Just as well when you alter the RPMs the noise hums with it, even in park. What could this be. I thought it was the belt, however with the hood popped it doesn’t seem so. Anyone have any ideas?
