'04 CTS uncontrolled acceleration issue

I am looking into this for my father in law, he has a '04 CTS w/ the 3.6l V6 and it suffers form uncontrolled acceleration under normal operating conditions. The car will rev to redline and stay while he is driving and require him to turn the engine off and pull over. after about 20 min he can restart it and drive off as if nothing happened. He has had the throttle body assembly replaced 3 times, 1 new accelerator pedal, all the wires have been checked for damage and proper connection. Recently after the most recent throttle body and tps sensor replacement the car will not relearn and the issues persist. these are the codes he is getting(from a Snap-On Solis). I am looking for any help because this car is no longer safe to drive and he has spent over 1k in repairs and parts, we want to get this fixed because of his fixed income and lack of a reliable vehicle.
