I have a 1986 Coupe DeVille Touring, 226,000. Recently, two challenges: (1) Cloimate control 'blower stopped (had to rigg wire and toggle to get fan to blow high) and (2) pwr windows stopped working. Both controls in doors don't operate; breaker replaced (but not the problem.

Do I make the fix under the dash? If so, what am I looking for?
