Default 70 Deville fuel pump Q’s

Replaced my fuel pump. Most likely orig. had one 3/8” port and one threaded feed . New pump has a 2nd port hanging off that is 1/4”. Noticed when i ran new fuel line that there is another pick up on the tank. Did there used to be a fuel return on these beasts back in the day? Am i OK to cap off the Additional port or run a return?

Hi! I am not sure about it, but I think that you need to check the vehicle history before and you will find out..

Default Same boat haha

I believe that's the return line that goes back to the fuel tank, I've cleaned both lines out, replace all fuel hoses, and test the fuel pump for our recent buy a 70' Coupe Deville 😀
