Low-restriction mufflers
 
What low restriction muffler fits Allante.

From the study (below) looks like Borla and Bassani are the best, but I can not find any dimensionally close to the OEM.
I'd appreciate any ideas.

i know that a few Allantes wear the borla mufflers .. and are considerably louder.

the other, i dont know.

MagnaFlow 12577 muffler fits well the application. 3lbs heavier, but will never rust.

You probably need to renew the rubber hangers when replacing the muffler. Search for Walker Exhaust PN# 35719 or 35259 at Advanced Auto Parts.
