Traction control going off on 99' Deville

Hey guys. Another day another dollar. Tackling all these issues on my first car still running after 3 years and 30,000 miles. I'm having a myriad of issues concerning my beloved lady.

My traction control seems to activate after accelerating at a dead stop. I hear a sort of strained clicking or engaging sound when accelerating on dry and stable ground. This has been an issue for the last 4 months. I have replaced front tie rod ends, wheel hub assemblies, brakes, and calipers on my front end assuming this would suss out the issue.

I'll be honest. I am a total gumshoe with mechanics. But I am eager to understand my car and I am constantly researching online for answers hoping to save some cash and do a little weekend tlc on my car. Any help y'all may be able to provide is beyond appreciates. Thanks y'all. Much love
