Front brake lock up! Help!

Hey everyone,
My problem has to do with a 90 Deville and my right from Caliper is locking and I do not know why. New Calipers, rotors and pads and while driving to get inspected tire started smoking, so I drove it home. While driving home the car started to vibrate so rotor warped then. When I took tire off I had to hit calipers with 10# sledge to take it off. Pads were all white and you could tell they were over heating. Exchanged parts and put new calipers, rotors and pads again! drove around neighborhood and when pulling into drive way same tire was smoking again. All other tire and brakes seems to be working so what could lock one caliper and not others?

Blown the lines today to make sure there is no obstruction and flush out the brake fluid but have no idea what would cause this...Please Help!!!

Dirty brake fluid has costed me two incidents at around $350 each – one a Dodge, one a Cadillac.
Although GM may have a different idea, it is of MY opinion that the brake fluid should be changed when brakes are done.

Yes I was planning to change out the fluid and blow the lines out but yesterday was 109 out so I stayed in the cold a/c. I will probably work on it today when I get out of work.

on a 1987 to 1992 Allante dirty fluid (over 2 years old) can ruin the master cylinder which will run the owner $1,000 to $1,500 in parts alone.

Update:
Ok what I did yesterday was replace the brake hose and now the brake is holding the wheel when brake are applied and the wheel turns when the brakes are released. Attempted to blow air through the line once I replaced it and no air was able to go through the line so that was the problem. I did not even flush the brake fluid!

So the item to be aware is if both brake are messed up then it could be something else but if only one brake locks up remove the brake hose and test it.

i may be mis-reading it .. you didnt say the hose was damaged so one can assume the blockage had to be contamination of some sort.

if you havent, you probably do need to flush the whole system, from the master cyl to the wheels, or you will see another failure.

The Brake hose does not seem damage but it was. Since I can not look inside the hose I can not tell you what happen but I was not able to blow air through the hose so I replaced it and the brakes work now. The brake fluid had nothing to do with this problem.
