HI All-

My navigation is down. It makes a noise like the disc is spinning all the time, even when the radio is off. It is so annoying. I want to change it out with an aftermarket, 2013 technology touchscreen, but I do not want to lose the functions in the steering wheel and 6 disc changer.

Is this possible?

Thank you for your inquiry. Our recommendation is to take your vehicle to your local Cadillac dealer to have your navigation system looked at. While you are at the dealer you can ask the service personnel any technical questions and they should be able to provide you with an answer. Hopefully the issue will be resolved for you soon!
