Cadillacs on Canada Day - July 1 2007 - 7/12/2007 5:54:41 PM    Katzmans Caddy Posts: 1186 Score: 0 Joined: 12/3/2006 Status: online Thornhill, Ontario cruise night. My 73 Pontiac is parked in there somewhere but there were a few nice Cadillacs on this special day. A friend's son helped pull the lucky draw tickets and the night's big 50/50 winner won $750 cash and promptly gave a $50 bill to young Jack! This is a 1941, the owner told me he has owned 32 Cadillacs and currently has this one plus an STS, Allante and Escalade! Probably the nicest car I've come accross this season at a cruise. Owner claims it is the #1 Station Wagon in North America, originally from Oklahoma, and I believe him. I was born in the 50's and lived through the muscle car era and hot rod eras and it is only recently that I have come to appreciate the cars from the 40's. Have a look at the two 1941 Caddillacs I have posted, when you see them in person the craftmanship and innovations on those cars is incredible. That 41 Convertible is just an absolute thing of beauty, and the 41 sedan defined comfort. (in reply to Katzmans Caddy) Post #: 7
