rear ridin low pumps up once in awhile but usually not bottoms out alot just had to replace the converter because it tore it off pulling in a driveway. any ideas as to what it is comp. control or leak?

could be a number of issue.  but if it pumps up once in awhile....i would venture to guess withoug looking at the vehicle that it is the rear ride height sensor.  get one plug it up and move the arm see if the pump comes on.
