i lost the joy of using paint spray guns long ago. you must try the roller method. you may just like it. not that messy except for the ground when one does the wet sanding. and that one can rinse off you may remember, i also did on the Allante interior- tan/brown. i avoided the spray method everyone was using *** MESSY *** for the interior surfaces, using a sponge brush instead. nothing less than awesome results there. i'm no longer the only one that has done the Allante interior with the sponge brush. at any case, the Hot Rod mag has simply documented and repeated what many of us have been doing for many years. they sort of made it official. lastly, i do use an "air brush" , same paint outlined in the article and the reason i do use an airbrush is that i can shoot paint into areas that i cannot reach by any other method.
