Endless Summer Cruising 2007 - 5/20/2007 10:06:35 PM    Stealth Posts: 2999 Score: 0 Joined: 2/18/2007 Status: offline Endless Summer Cruisin Columbus Day Weekend brings Endless Summer Cruisin to town. Four days of Car Shows, Entertainment, Vendors, Boardwalk Parades and more. This event is held at the Inlet Parking Lot and is limited to the first 1500 vehicles and is open to all years Customs, Hot Rods, Street Machines and Trick Trucks. Endless Summer Cruisin IX October 5-6-7-8, 2006 Participants at the 9th Annual Endless Summer Cruisin got to experience all the fall weather that Ocean City has to offer; from sunshine and the mid 70's, to a full blown nor'easter with heavy rain, high winds and coastal flooding. What other show can you attend where the Boardwalk Parade is being lead by front end loaders to remove 3' of sand so the parade could go on with a 148 cars in the wind, rain and blowing sand? You had to see it to believe it! This just goes to prove what we on the East Coast have known for years... that East Coast Hot Rodders will "cruise" no matter what the weather! We would like to thank all those diehard cruisers who stormed the weather, the spectators who came out to check out all the great cars and especially the Ocean City Department of Public Works who made it possible for us to cruise the boardwalk all three days. At this year's event we had registered our limit of 1,500 entries by Thursday and with weather not withstanding the 9th Annual Endless Summer Cruisin was an exceptionally fun time, lots of car shows, big parties at Seacrets, tons of giveaway prizes, hundreds of trophies and some of the best camaraderie you could find at any car show. We're looking forward to blue skies, sunshine and a warm breeze for the 10th Annual Endless Summer Cruisin October 4-5-6-7, 2007. Keep checking back for updates as the event gets closer. Tentative Condensed Schedule of Activities A complete Schedule with times and locations will be posted during the event at the Inlet, Convention Center and will be listed in the Official Cruisin Ocean City Program. Wednesday, October 3, 2007 2-4pm - Early bird sign-in at the Convention Center on 40th Street Thursday, October 4, 2007 8am-4pm - Registration at the Convention Center on 40th Street 8am - Boardwalk Parade begins at 27th Street to the Inlet 10-5pm - Inlet Parking Lot Car Shows Friday, October 5, 2007 8am-4pm - Registration at the Convention Center on 40th Street 8am - Boardwalk Parade begins at 27th Street to the Inlet 10-5pm - Inlet Parking Lot Car Shows 12-4pm - Live Entertainment on Stage Saturday, October 6, 2007 8am-12noon - Registration at the Convention Center on 40th Street 8am - Boardwalk Parade begins at 27th Street to the Inlet 10am-5pm - Inlet Parking Lot Car Shows 12-4pm - Live Entertainment on Stage Sunday, October 7, 2007 10am-2pm - Inlet Parking Lot Car Shows 1pm - Door Prizes 2pm - Award Ceremony on Stage at the Inlet CLICK:  Endless Summer Event 2007 Post #: 1
