Status: offline I have a 99 DeLegance (DeVille). Wipers work on low and high but intermitent and washer do not work. Need help.

since the wipers work, i be looking at the wiper control switch.

the washer pump, could be tested by having someone try it from the dash
while you stand by it and see if it runs. if it runs checl the tubing.

if not running, one can apply direct voltage to test it.
if it runs, you got a problem elsewhere ..
blockage in lines? switch? wires? connectors?
