Water under rear seats (Full Version)

Water under rear seats

My 95 sts fills up with water under the rear seat in the wells between the seats. I heard this could be from the roof drains being clogged . Please advise on how to fix this problem without drilling 2 drain holes in the floor pans under the seat.
