Well I got this 89 Deville and I'm having a problem with my instrument panel. Well my defroster stays on all the time and the fuel data center and climate control center both read "c" or "d". I think it's a lose wire or a shorted wire. Do any of you guys know what can be done about it. I really don't want to pull that wire because I might do more damage to it. I know it will be cheaper if I do it myself but what will be a price range if I take it in a shop?

i also have an 89 deville and when i bought both the fuel data and climate control both read "c"
the reason for this was my car needed a new electronic control module which is probably what u need too
