Well just finnished the regular Sunday Prime Rib Roast dinner with all the trimmings, nice to have the sun streaming in the windows, can't recall that for months and months. Still lots of snow and ice around even though we got above freezing today. Now as far as the stick and puck go have to pack them in the Sub and pick up a few boys, we got ice and as long as we got ice we will play. My boys want to get hooked up in an Easter Tournament, can stand the thought of finnishing with a loss. They like Montreal so that's looking like where I'll spend Easter.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh .. i see,  ICY, very much icy ...

that is why you hit pucks while we skate the boardwalk,
well actually sidewalk and endure the heat and the
viewing of skin.  torture.

i'm gratefull for videos and cams where i can see what
people that dont have to suffer the sunny and hot
inclement weather can enjoy.  damn, it just hit 96F.
forget the Allante and top downs, its hard top weather.

Baseball,  BASEBALL-there ain't no baseball in Pasedena (or everglades).  Just hope Katzman has the hockey stick and Puck put away!.

Bill with coates.

Don't mean to bust your bubble regarding baseball in the everglades, you are right,  but after I release my bass, get home and finish dem stone crabs,  Dolphin stadium, formerly known  as Joe Robbie Stadium is where the Marlins play, and that's oh let's see about 9 minutes and 30 seconds from my abode. First row club section 1st base side.  Oh crap, I'm sorry, am I rubbing it in?  Just a little more, Gulfstream is about 7 minutes and 15 seconds from the ole homefront, and runs through April.  Then Calder opens up and is about 1 minute and 27 seconds past Joe Robbie Stadium.  For now I will leave out the traveling time for Anna's Hardrock, Doral Blue Monster, South Beach, etc.
The only thing I use a shovel for is to make sand castles. Okay okay, enough already.

3-Star Bill,

why?    its a whole lot nicer here. add to that all
the reasonable people here.  you gotta be kidding.

if you were eating at a nice restaurant, your favorite steak,
done your way and someone said "try the chuck steak"
would you?  if you say yes, i may resort to the limbs thing of
past times    (guys, i'm kidding).

on the other hand, feel free to "quote" BCOP over yonder and
"copy" and "paste/post" around here.  to the best of my
knowledge, there are no rules against that.

From reading in another forum BCOP seems to have a tech problem with posting here.  Why don't you e-mail him and see if you can help him out?

.Speaking of what you can do electronically now.  My younger son's job has caused him to move to Darien Ct. where he has the choice of becoming a Yankee fan or installing satalite TV so that he can purchase the sports package to watch the Red Sox games. The New England sports channel has been blacked out by the cable companies in the area of se Ct,
He has just purchased a "sling box" that we can hook up to one of my TV sets here in Ma. and he will be able to watch NESN (the new england sports channel which broadcasts most of the Sox games) through my cable channel on his computer.  Cost, a little over two hundred bucks.
