For 20k you can easily purchase a 2004, with the luxury package and the3.6l engine..
Moore zoom.. Check out Autotrader.

Yeah it depends on what you want. If you are all about speed, then the 2004-2006 CTS-V is the way to go.. I am all about speed and luxury, i just went with the 2006 CTS with the 3.6L VVT it is around 260 hp stock, so its plenty of hp to keep you happy. The front end can be converted to a CTS-V front end, there are several body kits out there, and you can purchase just the front clip for $320 dollars. try Erubuni's body kits, or wingswest.com
